BOOKING POLICIES
READ ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE BOOKING
DEPOSIT
To serve your appointment a P500 (Extension) P300 (Gel Polish) Deposit is required which will be deducted from your total. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
CANCELLATION
The appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours in order to keep your deposit. If you cancel the same day of your appointment, the reservation fee will be forfeited. One (1) reschedule is allowed per deposit.
DELAYS
For delays or late clients, we only offer a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes and still late and no show up, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. Your deposit won't be refunded also.
GUEST
0 to 1 companion only, but as much as possible no companion would be appreciated.
WE DON'T TOLERATE LATE COMERS.
