Deli by Chele deliciously blends the philosophy and Spanish heritage of Chef Chele González and the value given to local ingredients and innovation by Chef Carlos Villaflor. This new “local” Deli brings artisanal craftsmanship mixed with traditional delicatessen.

From deliciously crafted DELI Sandwiches, to carefully fermented Kombucha and reimagined Iced Teas, to delicately preserved seafood, deliciously cured pastramis and other charcuterie, and freshly baked sourdough breads and other surprising delicatessens.

Having launched in December 2020, Deli by Chele quickly gained reputation with its delicious Pastrami lineup and its mouthwatering Sandwich offering. After successfully testing Manila’s appetite for its unique Deli products in several Pop Up stores, Deli by Chele established roots with the opening of its first inline store at The Power Plant Mall in Rockwell. Now, and for the first time offering its entire portfolio at retail level, Deli by Chele has opened its beautifully decorated flagship store at The Podium Mall.
