Merchant’s Terms and Conditions
- After purchasing, book your appointment with us to schedule your service. Book at least one (1) day in advance by reaching us directly through our contact numbers or social media pages, or through our Parlon page if our Parlon Booking feature is activated.
- When booking, let us know that you will be redeeming a Parlon E-Voucher.
- Redeem your E-Voucher within its Validity Period by presenting it together with a valid government-issued ID. Expired E-Vouchers can no longer be honored, extended, or refunded.
- All services are subject to assessment. We may refuse to perform a service depending on the results of the assessment.
- If we determine during your appointment that a strand test is needed to fully assess your hair, a P300 fee will be collected. This fee is waived if you decide to proceed with the main service.
- To help us properly assess your hair during your appointment, we kindly ask you to be transparent with your hair history.
- Rates are valid for hair up to bra line length and normal hair thickness. Additional charges may apply for longer or thicker hair.
