- Book in advance through sayitwiththehue.parlon.ph by indicating "VOUCHER REDEMPTION" on the booking request notes
- All E-Voucher purchases are final. E-Vouchers are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash.
- The voucher is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, including the Senior Citizen card.
- Each client's appointment is important to us. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Please give 24-hour notice to avoid a 50% security deposit to secure your slot for the next visit.
- We want to make sure that all our clients have the opportunity to receive services. However, we understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, so we allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed. If you are late, please call us so we can adjust our schedule if there's still an available slot on the selected visit day. Please understand that if you are repeatedly late, we will charge 50% of the service amount and require that you rebook your appointment.
- For group/ spa parties, we will start at the booked time even if the group still needs to be completed. However, if the group wishes to extend the time, Php 1,000 per hour will be charged depending on the availability of the schedule.
- For groups booking service appointments (such as spa parties, etc.), we respectfully request at least 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Canceling this appointment without giving 72 hours' notice will result in charge of 50% of the package amount. Please understand that larger bookings take a great deal of scheduling and planning, and notify us well in advance if you need to change your appointment dates.
- Subject to Parlon’s Terms of Use, Parlon’s Privacy Notice, and Merchant Partner Additional Terms, Redeemer may redeem the E-Voucher within the Validity Period indicated therein by presenting the E-Voucher and a valid government-issued ID
