If the Artistique Salon and Spa stylist's assessment finds the promo unsuitable for your hair length, an additional fee of Php800 to Php1,000 applies, and the stylist will explain the charge first.

- After purchasing, book your appointment with us to schedule your service. Book at least one (1) day in advance by reaching us directly through our contact numbers or social media pages, or through our Parlon page if our Parlon Booking feature is activated.
- When booking, let us know that you will be redeeming a Parlon E-Voucher.
- Redeem your E-Voucher within its Validity Period by presenting it together with a valid government-issued ID. Expired E-Vouchers can no longer be honored, extended, or refunded.
