FAQS
How does the Point System work?Each treatment corresponds to a specific number of points. To avail a treatment, its corresponding points amount will be deducted from the total number of points you have. For example, you availed our Dear Grace Signature Glow Drip package (10 sessions + 20 free treatment points) and you wanted to get Basic Facial worth 2pts, the 2pts will be deducted from your 20 free points and will be left with 18pts. |

How do I get treatment points?Our gluta drip packages come with free points. If you run out of points and still want to avail more, please refer to our Treatment Point Packages. The more points you avail, the better the deal (for up to Php 10 000 worth discount)! |
Why do you use Point System instead of the usual treatment packages?Based on our research, most Aesthetic centers uses package promos for all their services (e.g. 10 hair removal sessions + 5 free sessions). There are instances when a client already achieved results before they finish up all the sessions. All the remaining sessions are wasted since client no longer needs it. Here at Dear Grace, we thought of a way to offer the best value for money. By using the Point System, the client has full control of the number of sessions they would want to avail per treatment. For example, if the client already found results after 5 sessions of hair removal treatments, they can use their remaining points to avail any other treatments available in our Point System. |
